Live TV / Recording problems

I have been having a few problems with my recordings. When recording there seems to be bad spots that cause problems with the recordings where it will not pay properly. A lot of times it will work on the phone app but not the roku after that point. If I change the streaming settings for the roku (making it transcode) it will usually work better on the roku. The thumbnails will usually be messed up after this point too when they are created.  It will sometimes also cut off the recordings early, which is probably a bigger problem.

 

I have included a log from this morning where both happened. (problems started right after 8 am) I was trying to watch the formula 1 race and was unable to play more than 30 seconds on the roku. Sometimes I can fast-forward past the bad spot and it will work but this would not work so I checked the android phone and it worked fine. I then changed the settings and made it transcode and it worked on the roku. Then the recording cut off and restarted on another file. This recording is broken up into several files now and the last file seems to be working fine now…

I am now up to 6 diffrent files/recordings for this race.
