moviepalace4K 29 Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 (edited) I have an idea to make SSL work better with Emby. The idea: would it be possible to have the modified SSL path point to a MAP instead of a pfx file and that Emby scans that folder for a valid pfx certificate (if there are several in that folder) and takes 1 of them ? If so, this is very easy to use with CERTIFYTHEWEB. Provided that the correct settings are made, CERTIFYTHEWEB automatically creates a pfx key and places it in its own MAP (the path of the folder is clearly stated in CERTIFYTHEWEB). I have tried to identify this MAP in EMBY as a custom SSL location but EMBY currently only takes a path from a FILE. What do you think of it? P.S: Microsoft's IIS is not required for this solution.
