I just got premiere, but when I try to get my key it says I'm not a supporter. I also didn't get an email when I purchased. I purchased through google play

I would suggest canceling that store subscription and re-doing it from our website next month.  It will be cheaper for you.  Also, in the future, for faster billing support, please send an email to billingsupport@emby.media.
