Can't connect over apps

Okay, so I can't connect to emby externally using apps. I can connect externally over the browser, but not the apps. I can connect to the apps IF I'm on my local network though. I'm running a reverse proxy on nginx and that is being proxied through cloudflare. Here is my reverse proxy setup in NGINX

 

location / {

proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:8096/;

This close to switching back to plex even if it means I have to pay just to watch stuff on mobile.

that nginx config is not going to work... look on this forum for proper emby nginx setup.
