Convert feature with no "tv" appended

I love the conversion feature. Is it possible to not get "tv" appended to the converted file names?

Hi, why do you want to do that?

Just feeding my OCD I suppose.  :D  Not a huge deal.

BTW how come the converted files are often half the size of the originals? Are the old files just inefficiently encoded?

It could be. We'd really have to go over an example. The source codec is probably not h264, and if it's mpeg2video, then converting to h264 will reduce the size.

I see. Looking at the bitrate it seems to be about half according to "Stats for Nerds". But eyeballing the two on a TV I can't really tell the difference. Granted, this isn't exactly modern HD.

For this kind of admittedly not very awesome source quality, I'm all right with it just being "ok" as long as there's no constant transcoding.

Example as requested. As you can see the converted file is less than half the size. Not complaining if quality is retained!

MediaInfo on one of the original files.

One is mpeg4 and the other h264, so the bitrates can't be directly compared between two different codecs.

I see thank you. I am still learning. So much to learn...

Side note: Awesome conversion tool you guys built. Compared to ffmpeg or something it so easy to use. Point-and-click. Amazing!
