Problems converting after upgrade

Hello friends.

 

After the last update of the Server, I am having problems converting the files.

 

Previously at the moment of converting, the files that were dual audio were only with a single audio. Today, after converting files that are dual audio continues dual audio, however, only one audio is converted.

 

 

Example; In a Dual Audio movie as in the picture, the main audio, Portuguese, is normally converted and the secondary audio, English, is not converted.

 

In previous versions the secondary audio was deleted, leaving only the main audio.

 

Is there any way to solve this problem?

All audio tracks can continue in the file is very good.

 

The problem is that Emby only converts the default track.

 

The second track is not always converted.
