Restore Error - Windows

I'm trying to move emby from my nas to a windows PC. I get the following error when trying to restore users:

When I deselect several users and try to do the restore again it works as expected (although it took a while for the profile pictures to show up, cache?). 

 

Old Machine:

Synology rs3412xs

Emby: Version 4.2.0.1 beta

CPU: Core i3-2100

RAM: 4096 MB

DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 6

 

New Machine: 

Widnows 10 64-bit

Emby: Version 4.2.0.4 beta

CPU: i7-8700k

RAM: 16GB
