Trouble installing on a windows machine

I'm running into trouble installing both the stable and beta versions of Emby on a windows machine. The installer runs into an error and terminates. I've tried searching for a solution but did not find one. Hoping someone here can shed some light on the cause and perhaps offer a solution.

Hi, that's very strange. I've never seen that one before. What version of windows?
