Video backdrop plays on top

For the last few days whenever I go into a TV series the backdrop video plays but it's over the top of the gui.

I can press stop and the gui appears again.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, I am seeing exactly the same thing. 

 

When is 3.0.8 being fixed @@Luke ?  Its been broken now for quite a while
