Howto Disable autoupdate on Emby Theater

I just notist that all our Emby Theaters was autoupdatet, how can I disable this? In Server or Theater settings?

 

I want to test before, deploying new version to all members af the family :-(

 

But I cant find the setting

Just go to %Appdata%\Emby-Theater\config with explorer, open system.xml with any editor and change the true in the EnableAutoUpdate section to false.

this is only partly true, that switch only prevents the executables from being updated, the theme, and so the whole interface, still updates itself, on his own, without any chance to intervene

I don't think that setting ever prevented updating the executable or anything else. Did they changed that recently?

 

Put the damn thing on a read only network drive.
