Fixed 4.0.15a dont play strm files

After downgrade to 4.0.14a all is working again.

and strm files working again. I hope this helps to fix the bug.

15b version seems to fix the problem.

I got the opposite result for my provider. 15a plays my Emby strm library, 15b not.

For comparison, when I play my strm files from a local share in a clean Kodi profile, my strm always play.

With log level for libcURL or just plain with no component logging ?

No Kodi debug, just the add-on logging (add-on settings > advanced > log level set to info). Thanks
