Next PVR recordings in emby on shield

Hey. Just connected next PVR to my emby tonight. I'm able to play my nextpvr recordings no problem on my Google pixel 3 on same network as my Nvidia shield but on my Nvidia shield it will play for one second and then just be stuck at a screen and nothing happens when fast forwarding.. any ideas?

i have attached log. When i start to play on nvidia shield its so pixely & slow to play but on pixel its perfect. I have a different m3u attached to my emby dvr but also want to use what i have in nextpvr hence why i want to be able to play reocrdings smoothly on shield like i can on pixel.

I should note when I play the recordings within next PVR the picture is flawless.. only issues playing back nextpvr recordings in emby on Nvidia shield
