How to use a Raspberry Pi

Need some suggestions from the clever people here,

I currently have a Windows server that hosts Emby which also hosts video files, as well as a hdhomerun for OTA local stations, and IPTV. As well as a separate box for downloading [strictly legal] movie files.  

 

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ sitting around doing nothing.  I'm looking for suggestions for something home theater related to use it for.  What have ya got?

 

Oh, I have a shield client, a Roku client, and one offsite Xbox client.  I currently have no need for additional clients.

Not home theatre related, but if it's sitting there doing nothing, set up Pi-Hole on it.
