Library Image changes everytime library is scanned.

I have a mixed content (4K) library.  Inside it is a Movies and Series subfolder/sub-library.  I've manually set the Movies and Series' images.  The Movies library image sticks after library scans but Series' library images changes to whatever Emby sets by default after each scan.  How can I stop this from happening?

First SS is my main page with my libraries.

 

 

 

Then I click on 4K and I see this.

No.  The images don't exist in those folders.  I'm adding them by hitting the 3 dots and then clicking Edit Images.  Then I upload the image.  The Movies image sticks and that image doesn't exist inside the Movies folder either.

Folder images are different from library images, but when you upload images they should go to the proper location.  If you are uploading images for Folders the image should be put in that folder.

 

What images reside in those two folder?  It would appear your TV image is being inherited from the first series in the folder.

Not a single image file resides in the folder or subfolders.  But you are correct, it's inheriting the image associated with the first series.  However I think I've solved the issue by simply placing the image I'm trying to use manually inside the folder.  It seems to be sticking now.  But manually uploading the image from the Emby Dashboard does not place the image there like you said it should.

Did you enable saving images to media folders for that library? You would have to do that for the uploaded file to be saved there.

 

But it also should stick whether that setting is on or off.
