Safe to delete Media Browser file

I am running out of room on my main drive and quick run of a disk analyzer shows that there is multiple files with +100gb in

 

c\user\name\appdata\roaming\mediabrowser-server\sync\.....

 

Would I be safe in deleing this folder and these files to free up space?

 

Running Emby Server V 4.1.0.26

Hi, if they are old, then probably, yes. Are those the only folders taking up a lot of space?

Thank you for the response. I moved all these folders to a thumb drive (for back up) and deleted from the C drive. If I have any issue I can always revert back. Thanks!
