Have you checked the ldap thread to compare your configuration to other users running Ad?

I have walked through the threads and been unable to find a resolution, if you have a thread that I can double check I am happy to do so.

I have been through the combinations but still have the encryption level issue.

Yea I think it is a matter of configuring the options correctly based on your AD setup, I'm just not sure what that is at the moment.
