Emby app wont skip forward

Hi, I am having issues with my emby app, it wont skip forward when I try. well it wont even go backwards either, it just doesnt do anything.

I am using it on a fire stick, I am on a baconfeet server, watching dragon ball super, it seems some episodes allow skip forward, but some won’t. Is this an issue for baconfeet?
