FireTV Stick and Shield pausing intermittently

I have been experiencing my firetv stick and shield pausing intermittently for  the last few days. It happens while direct playing and trans-coding. My windows box using emby theater plays flawlessly. 

I have tried all the different settings in playback to no avail. I have tried deleting the app and reinstall to no affect. I have tried my shield on wireless as well as hardwired, nothing changed. I'm hoping someone with more knowledge can help me out.

Hi.  This sounds like it could be a network issue of some sort.  Can you create the problem and then send a log from the app?

 I deleted  emby server and reloaded. It seems to have fixed things.
