How to make the file read directly from GDrive and not from my computer?

I have my GDrive account connected to Emby, and I have the Premiere version .. but when I run a movie on some mobile device, it runs directly from my computer and not GDrive, until there is an option to switch to the GDrive , is there any way to make it stand default? Always run through GDrive, since my connection is limited .. I want to make media file playback direct by GDrive .. Is there any way to do this?

Not my friend, what happens is that I want you to always play the media directly from GDrive, not from my computer. The function to play directly from GDrive is not the standard and whoever tries to watch it will consume it from my internet bandwidth and not from the sicronized file in GDrive.
