So I activate the trailer option, I can only have 25 users?

 

I still do not understand the issue of limiting users per server. When I activate the trailer option, can I move up to 25 users?

You can have as many users as you wish.  Only 25 devices can access Premiere features (of which trailers/cinema mode is one).  If you need more, we have extended plans.

Can I have 25 cell phones in all? Or devices are counts as 10 mobile = 1 device?

The model of phone doesn't matter.  We track unique devices.  Two phones = two devices.
