Server - Prevent Bing Crawler?

Apparently my MB server is now showing up in Bing search results (though not Google).  I don't know if there's anything that can be done to prevent this that isn't already being done.  Still, if there is, it would be far better to keep out of all search engines.

if bing is one of the nice ones a robots.txt should be placed in the "root" directory with some stuff in it, not sure if there is a better solution for this.
