TVG-Name as Guide Info When no Guide Data Exists

Yea, I don't find the "Emby Guide" to be useful or Practical at all. I want the Channels Numbered the way I like, not Numbered so they Match the Gracenote Guides.....Not sure why this was thought to be a good idea,

It makes sense if you are using OTA or Cable because you know the channel numbers upfront.

M3U files are a game changer.

Nothing wrong with having auto matching on channel number if it's an OPTION that can be turned off for M3U files.

 

I have ~500 channels in XTeVe/Emby and the guide refresh takes around 4 minutes.

I've got to many EPG sources. 7 at present but really need to add 2 or 3 more EPGs to get the channels covered I've got.

I'm sure that's the biggest source of my issue.  # of channels (OTA, Cable + M3U fileS) plus the different EPGs.  That's a lot of data to process.

Couldn't imagine how long it would take without SSDs or if it wasn't an i7.

Seems to be a Bug in Getting this to Work Properly..... @@marmei is looking into it!

Figured this out.....Since My Original m3u that I load in xTeVe already had these channels, I had to add a Unique Group Title to these channels so I could Parse them separately.....otherwise xTeVe will get confused and deactivate some at Random....Let me know if you need help with this.....
