Overscrolling Problem + Horizontal Scrolling

I realize this is a pretty small issue, but when scrolling through sections like "continue watching" or "next up" you can keep on pressing the button and it'll let you keep scrolling as much as you want. Here is a video of what I mean. Another thing that would be even better, in my opinion, is replacing the buttons with horizontal scrolling or keeping both the buttons and horizontal scrolling.
