Some Posters Not Showing

Hello,

I have my movies and tv libraries set to display the movie poster while browsing. It uses folder.jpg in the movie folder.... However, some movies do not show the poster and instead show a squished thumbnail. Does anyone know what is up with this and how I can fix it?

If you have it set to poster view in the Roku client then it will show the primary image (which is the folder.jpg image). If it isn't showing them, then more then likely they don't exist for that item.

But they do exist and I have verified that they do. I have noticed that the movies not showing posters do not have a Thumbs.db file... I do not know what this is though.

A thumbs.db wouldn't make a difference one way or the other. We will need to see some server logs to see what is going on and why the requests would be failing.

I don't see any errors. Can you post a screenshot of your folders of movies that are not working?
