Please turn on debug logging in your server and then refresh one of those with "replace all images" and post the server log.

I had a custom icon i made that "broke" it hehe. So after i removed that one it started to work

To get a different image applied, you would need to do a refresh metadata replacing images on the item(s).

Yes, if you change some part of the configuration for your treatments, that will cause them to get recreated as well.

So i finally tried adding the enhanced icons for video & audio since i upgraded some tvs & got a soundbar. I noticed not all videos 720 or 1080 but almost ball have the h264 icon. All videos have dolby video or aac icons. So what am I doing wrong that not all videos are displaying the 720 or 1080 icons? I have some videos that don't display anything or only video. I know 480p will not display anything except the dvd cover but I do have high definition videos dont display thentag, just the codec. I do have atmos but I know that will not be tagged as atmos until the new server update. Will there be a way to manually use the SD video icon? Thanks.

@ebrhopefully you can help & I'll simplify what i was saying. Some media shows me 1080 or 720 icons & some media doesnt display those icons but mediainfo shows it as 1080p & coverart displays a blue ray cover. I have a good few shows that don't display the subtitle icon but I have subtitles for those shows. I know u can't use the 480p icon & I know atmos & hdr should hopefully be included in the next server update. Any help appreciated.

OK sorry for the delay. The image shows some media displaying 720 & 1080 & some media not displaying it. I also have the same issue with subtitles. Very few display the subtitle image. My subtitles are .srt & .sub I believe.. Thanks @ebr

The only ones without resolution on them in those images are SD. As you noted, SD items don't display a resolution icon.

@ebrebri was talking about how some movies don't display the 720 or 1080. Also the subtitles icon does display but maybe I'm doing that wrong. I have subtitles icon saiconwith the other mediainfo icons... is that correct?

Right.  The ones that don't are 480 (also evident by the "DVD" cover).

@ebrI'll give you an example. 40days 40 nights is high def but only says h264 & audio. I have a few like that.

That cover is cut off in your image so i cannot see it.  Exactly what resolution does the video say in the media info section?  Are there multiple versions?

They all say 1080p but I'll verify when I go home & give you a better pic & details because I'm not sure if some of the media is mp4 or mkv.

Look in the actual media info section at the bottom of the detail page in the web app and note the exact resolution (width and height).

sorry i screwed this up but the 2 mediainfo stats are for 17again & 40days. both are 1080p.

What happens if you refresh metadata on them with the "Replace all images" option?

I don't know if I tried that so I'll do it when I get home from work. I read somewhere here to delete a folder of custom or enhanced images & I did that but no change. I did notice something differnet while fixing my trailers folders, some folders had duplicate images of poster, folder, etc. Not sure if that made a difference but I doubt it.
