Which exact Aspect ratio? Personally don't use those as I don't actually care, but can test later on.

Yep, naming is correct, they both display. 

Missing OPUS (codec_opus) and VORBIS (codec_vorbis), both displaying. 

And AC3/EAC3 as alternate for DD/DD+ logo. 

Edit: @ebr, could you please at least make a rule for Resolution to be first in line? Thanks.

I currently have a lot of Vr videos (HSBS) and the aspect is pretty much 2:1. Am I correct in determining that this is 2.00 (and I named the file ‘aspect_200’ & a duplicate named ‘aspect_2000’). Neither are showing up.

Nope, don't see it either. Don't see a lot of them, actually, at the first glance I'd say only 185 and 240.

Yes I chose the red circled option, but no luck.

 

I have the same problem - only 2 options are available.
Audio & Aspect do display on the thumbnails (when it’s one of the default 3 aspects) but you’re unable to turn them off (besides replacing the images with 1px transparent pngs).

Also, I’m using the custom indicator style as well as having the various custom aspects in the ‘custom image location) but none of the extra aspects appear.

Yes please!!! Preferably: Resolution / hdr / aspect / video codec / audio codec.

No, with that exact information, it would be aspect_21.

Look at the aspect ratio reported by Emby.  Then remove any ':' and '.' and prepend "aspect_".

For full disclosure, CA enhancements aren't in the pipeline immediately.  At some point, we need to probably try and make some updates here but there are a lot of other mainline things going on currently that will make that not an immediate item.  Thanks.

Thanks for that. Can we reasonably expect once 4.8+ goes stable that topic might be revisited at some point soon(ish) thereafter?

I am currently using the MacOS beta build and when trying to setup Cover Art I am unable to see previews. It is showing a small icon but not a picture, I have tried different browsers but with same result

The reason I named them ‘2…’ was because the existing aspects were named like the displayed image. So 16:1 was named ‘185’ (1.85 displayed) instead of being named ‘169’.

The 2:1 aspect worked great but none of the other ratios work.

I have many really long ratios, the longest being 845396:476411 (aspect_845396476411), but not even the short ones work like a simple 5:4 (aspect_54).

No joy. That method of naming the files is what I used originally but I did try again.

Yup. A couple of examples:

• 1.5:1 so I named the files ‘aspect_151’, ‘aspect_150’, ‘aspect_15’ & ‘aspect_32’
• 427:240 so I named it ‘aspect_427240’, ‘aspect_427’, ‘aspect_42724’ & ‘aspect_4272’

New size for the icons - 97px wide - so 5 can fit in a row on a portrait movie poster.

I’ve only exported the 5 aspects that actually work for me but as soon as I find the naming needed for the rest to work, I’ll export the rest.
