CoverArt: Show us your custom Overlay Templates

I’m unable to get hdr custom overlay images to display on movie posters.

The file is properly name as evt_hdr.png and I have included my configured plugin settings and the movies metadata as well.

Additionally not sure if this suppose to happen, however no files are shown in the custom image location, only folders. I’ve confirmed that all the required permissions are configured as well.

They are not it’s just a different way to view my folder structure.

Personally not seeing any issue testing this but an using a true custom path also so you may want to try creating your own to see it there is something with the default path.  Anything in the server log? @ZLuckyTraveler

Hello, when will HDR10+ metadata finally be recognized and displayed? Nothing has happened for a year now. You said that ffmpeg needed to be updated, but nothing has happened.  When can I finally expect to see HDR10+ material displayed in Emby?

I posted this here because a few pages back you wrote that you want to display HDR10+ in the metadata below, but I think ffmpeg needs to be updated for that. What happened with that? Once it's implemented, please add HDR10+ to the overlays. To be honest, I'm wondering what's taking so long? About a year ago, it was said that you were working on it. I don't understand why, instead of working on really essential features or updating them, you're working on lots of other stuff, if anything at all.

No, I have the latest stable Emby server version, and HDR10+ is definitely not displayed.

I have exactly the same problem. I have pure HDR10+ material, but only HDR10 is displayed.

 

As I said, you said several months ago that you were working on it, but unfortunately I don't see any progress.

It’s tied to the server ffmpeg. We’ll have a new build on the server beta channel in the near future.  Thanks.

What does "in the near future" mean? I would be very happy if there were an update in the next few days. I don't think that's a huge task, or am I wrong? And if ffmpeg is up to date, Emby should display HDR10+ at the top under the title, at the bottom in the metadata, and as an overlay, right?
