Playback error on music library

Hello,

 

I've just started using Emby, so I'm sorry if this is an obvious issue. I've set up the server and created a music library on my Synology NAS, I let the scan complete, but now every time I try and play a track I'm getting the 'Playback Error' issue. I'm using Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) to play but nothings happening. 

 

Please see attached screenshot of the issue and log file. Let me know if you need any more info.

They're ALAC (apple lossless). Is that an issue?
