There is any way to select what library I want send notifications?

Right now every time that a new media is added (music, movies or series) I got an notification.

 

It is possible to set notifications just for libraries like: movies only, or movies and tv ?

I like that idea, that's the only reason I don't use notification for others than myself.

Are there any plans to include this in a 2020 update? (is there a roadmap maybe?) The current workflow for it is rather rudimentary and it would be fantastic to have proper control
