Using IMDB for TV Shows instead of TheTVDB?

I have the following situation, with The Pinky and The Brain TV Show. 

 

With TheTVDB the first season has 19 episodes.

 

While on IMDB the first season has 13. 

 

 

I have the version that matches IMDB but when I add the IMDB tag on identify emby doesn't change the episodes descriptions to match IMDB.

Also TheMovieDB has the correct file names.

 

 

I also have filebot but even with it I would need to manually check which file is a multiepisode and change each one manually. 

 

Is there a better solution for this?

Hi.  We cannot retrieve directly from IMDb as it is not a free source (and, really, 95% of the data is available elsewhere).

 

What happens if you enable and prioritize the OMDB provider for that library?

 

That may make that series work better but could also have negative consequences elsewhere...
