shield tv server keeps turning off

my shield tv server keeps randomly turning off. sometimes i can wake it and other times i have to go into the app and toggle it and the. other times i have to restart the shield tv to get it to turn on. any way to keep the server from turning off?

yes and also did it when i was watching a movie and when it’s scanning so all three i experienced it.
