Mehregan 0 Posted April 9, 2019 Author Posted April 9, 2019 Did you find any things that can help me?
Luke 42077 Posted April 19, 2019 Posted April 19, 2019 Hi, are you playing this with DLNA, or is this with our LG Emby app?
SamES 1057 Posted April 25, 2019 Posted April 25, 2019 (edited) A few things going on here. h264 in avi is not supported (21 grams) so it is trying to transcode. Rango appears to be trying to burn in subs so it requires transcode. Transcoding shouldn't be a problem but from your report it is obviously failing. @@Luke, there's lots of these errors on playback. What would cause this to be thrown? Luke 42077 Posted April 25, 2019 Posted April 25, 2019 In the two logs above it appears the server is not able to transcode it quickly enough and this causes the Samsung player to disconnect. Can you try playing something else that doesn't require transcoding?
SamES 1057 Posted April 25, 2019 Posted April 25, 2019 Can you please also check that there is not a Bitrate limit set for the user? I'm seeing some low rates in the log (MaxStreamingBitrate=1000001)
Mehregan 0 Posted April 26, 2019 Author Posted April 26, 2019 I am not sure what is happen, but the LG app start playing again I did not change any things, the only problem I have now there are buffering issues when playing some of movies. I don't know where I should change MaxStreamingBitrate.

Mehregan 0 Posted May 13, 2019 Author Posted May 13, 2019 Well sorry I was on a business trip. It happens for both and now I have weird problem too. LG app works for about one day (it is still too slow) then it wont play any things.
