Remote DLNA

I use both Plex and Emby at the moment. Would love to all in on Emby but one of my remote streamers (brother) has no emby app on his 75” 2016 Sony smart tv w android interface. I know nothing about DLNA. Possible to us DLNA to get my library from my server to his tv at his house??

Dlna is not possible over a remote connection.

 

Why can't he install our Android TV app?

I’m not sure. I asked him if Emby was on his tv and he said no. Plex was. Not emby.

I’m going to call him and have him check again. I’ve been there and I know it is an android interface.
