Unwatched Shows showing up in Next Up

Hey,

 

I have a couple shows that I haven't watch yet on my server that show up in my "Next Up" list. Also, when I mark as watched on that show to make it disappear another random unwatched show will pop up on the list. Can this be fixed?

Currently no we are waiting on Next Up to be revamped.  There are a few topics on this issue.
