Can't Change User Password

If i reset a users password and then try to set a new password from the emby dashboard I get the error "Login Failure - Invalid username or password. Please try again."

When i first went to the "Password" page of a users profile, i had the option to change password by entering the current password and the new password twice, as well as the "Reset password" option.

I used the reset password option, and now when i go to that page I get

New Password Confirm: 

 

Save

 

When pressing save I get the above error.

I had no issue resetting a password on a user account.

 

selected user

went to password tab

selected Reset Password, received password reset pop-up

entered new password, confirmed and hit save.

 

logged in locally Windows 4.0.3.0
