live tv selection not working properly on users

Morning, 

 

there seems to be a issue with selcting live tv option and device selection on users

 

example user 1 i press live tv press save then go to access to select channel access , device access and so on and press save and go back to live tv on the user and its blank again go to access and that is also blank ive noticed on stable release 4.0.2.0 it can take a couple of attemps for them to actually save , but on beta release it can take anyware from 10 -30 attempts for it to save.

tested on windows chrome , opera , moblie phone devices still the same so i'm guessing its a bug

 

Can this be looked at

because im sat there pressing save , select tv again press save , go back unselected again . tick live tv again press save go back to and repeat and repeat until it saved with green tick
