Question on chapter titles and parental restrictions

Have 2 questions that hopefully someone can answer:

 

1.  I have set up a user profile for each of my kids so that they can enjoy movies and tv shows using emby on their iPads, but noticed that if the movie rating is NR its not showing up.  I have set the maximum restriction to TV-14.  Any way to include NR??  Might be better to just select the ratings you want to give access individually.

 

2.  I have played around with naming the chapters in 2 of my movie MKV files.  Before doing this, the chapters were showing up, but now after I have named them they dont.  Any reason why??

1. Did you enable the "Block items with no or unrecognized rating information:"?  They may get more then you want them to though.

 

2.  Did you Refresh Metadata-Replace all on the item?

1,  "Block items with no or unrecognized rating information:" is NOT enabled since I dont want to block movies with NR ratings.  

 

2.  Yes I did went to the particular movie to refresh the metadata and selected "Replace All Metadata" and the only thing that shows up is one of the Extras.......no chapters are showing at all.

You may just have to give it a minute as there's currently no way to monitor the progress of that individual metadata refresh.
