I seem to be having a weird problem with the Emby Client for the Samsung Smart TV.  When I go to Recorded shows and select a show, then go to Seasons, I can't play a specific episode.  My only choices are Play All and Shuffle.  There are no show synopsis on the page either.  However, if I select Play All the first recorded show in the folder will play.  How do I get the recorded programs in the Seasons section to display.  This problem ONLY happens on the Samsung Smart TV app.  I have a Note 8, multiple Samsung Tablets and all other products work well.  In the interim, I have been casting from a working device to the TV, but sometimes this is irritating.

 

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi.  Can you tell me exactly which app you are using?  Where did you download it from?

It was listed as an app in the Smart Hub supported Apps on the TV.  It is version 0.122.

Hi, this is unfortunately a defect with that version of the app and we're working on getting a fix out. Thanks.
