nfo files created in library root folder instead of movie folder after upgrade to latest version

hello

I recently upgraded to latest version of Emby Server (I believe I was on 3.5.3.0 and upgraded to 4.0.3.0); made no changes in any settings and now it creates NFO files and downloads poster images into my movies library root folder instead of each movie folder like it was before

because of this lot of my movies in library now have identical poster because obviously it can place only one poster.jpg file

see here - how NFO files are created in root folder - https://www.screencast.com/t/3b0WOW8TC

see here - how because of this lot of movies have have same poster in library - https://www.screencast.com/t/h1B0jOlc

the movies here still with correct posters are the ones for which emby server did not created new NFO file in root folder - and emby still using NFO file from movie's folder

what happens here and how can I fix it.

I have the setting "save images into media folder" turned on in my library - https://www.screencast.com/t/A9hcOP0u

also here are my settings for nfo metadata (you probably can understand which settings means what by layout) - https://www.screencast.com/t/USIQwhMrg

also attached recent log files

looking for help because this behavior ruins the experience.

Ok this is an issue with the upgrade from 3.5 to 4.0. It is only an issue for upgraded content and it's something we're still trying to chase down.

You can workaround this by removing those folders from your library, running a full scan, and then adding them back. It will not happen after that. Thanks.
