has this become a thing yet? My Sony TV's Select button only shows the playbar and not the other information like when I press up or down

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Hi.  This is by design.  The select button is a shortcut for pause/play which does not produce the entire OSD so as not to be intrusive (if, perhaps, you were wanting to look at something in the image).
