Trouble Playing Dolby ATMOS + Subtitle

Hi all, 

 

I have troubles when playing 4K track with DD+ Dolby ATMOS sound and subtitile, it goes in a streaming , and not a direct play. Then my server goes in a long process too consuming.

It comes from subtitle, because I get a direct play if I not select the subtitle ON.

 

Why ? and is there a way to improve that ? do I have to check an option or something on my server ?

Have a search in the LG sub-forum - there are many threads on this.  In summary, you need .srt external subtitles to play DD+ Atmos over HDMI/ARC.
