Question about my user transcoding permissions

Hi.

I have two users on my server, to whom I have removed the options of transcoding.

They can see the content but not hear the sound. it does not happen in all movies or series, for example happens in DTS codec, DTS profile

In android it works.

In chrome, Chromecast, Windows APP does not work

 

Why is this happening? Will you have a solution?

yes, the solution is give them access to transcoding, or convert your files into formats that can direct play on these devices.
