Can't change old email address for Emby Premiere

Hi All

 

I used to use Emby a few years back, with KODI as a front end. 

 

Long story short, I reinstalled Emby today but I am unable to retrieve my Premiere key as it sends it to an email account that I no longer have access too. I know that sounds dodgy as hell

 

Anyway, I have been able to sign into the forum and change my email address but that appears to be only for the forum. I can still sign into my old Emby account but I can't see anywhere to update the email address so that I can get my premiere key sent to it

 

Any help would be very much appreciated

Hi.  Your key expired back in 2017 (it was just an annual one).  So, you can simply re-subscribe with your new email.

I reinstalled emby and I have misplaced my Key (No previous e-mail, didn't write it down. Yes i'm kicking myself). I changed my e-mail a while ago and can't get the key and I purchased the lifetime key.

 

To top it off I can't restore my Emby backup without premiere

If you are paying monthly, then you need to change it at PayPal if you used that or, if you used direct to card, cancel and re-start with the new email.

 

If it is a Lifetime, then please send an email to billingsupport@emby.media from the new address and provide the old address and the key.
