denz 501 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 In case not been reported but I doubt it It doesn’t display thumbnails for every recording most of them are blank and the description doesn’t tell you what show is it attached screenshots. When you go into one of those thumbs the backdrop is what the client has for the thumb so hopefully that helps. The parental rating seems to be different font like example that I am looking here has M same font as the rest of text on another recording has pg in box and some ugly font. In live tv programs instead of displaying programs as posters it is displaying them in landscape. When you go to a live tv program it says similar movies for a series. I tried the plex app and it is really beautiful app one thing the background they use the colour of the thumbnail as a background in emby it is black colour which doesn’t look great. In their app I like how the my media icons are smaller. Most important you can watch everything since it is deinterlaced.

denz 501 Posted March 24, 2019 Author Posted March 24, 2019 Not in settings that is what I tried first checked the language all set ok but weird no clock format settings nothing on google that is why I asked here. You are correct most individual episodes don’t have an image but in other apps there is a background that is used and that looks much better than the current standard image so hopefully that will change.

Thank you to developer of this app as it is a beautiful app and enjoy using. Few issues to be sorted out hopefully soon and I will be happy camper. It is a joy to use as it looks like a proper app.
denz 501 Posted April 1, 2019 Author Posted April 1, 2019 Apple TV app doesn't show the name of the series like it does in theatre and web client. I really enjoy using the app and the ease of which I can delete recordings as I watched them unlike other apps where it is a huge pain. Hopefully deinterlace option is not far off from testing.
