Diedrich 377 Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 Server 4.0.3.0 A few server versions ago I removed the trigger for "Check for application updates" and "Check for plugin updates". I didn't know this would delete the entire task, and since there is no way to pause a task, my goal was to keep the task from firing. How can I create the tasks to check for application and plugin updates?
Luke 42085 Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 You cannot configure these anymore. If you want to turn off automatic updates, there is a setting to do that.

So if you don't have the "Enable automatic server updates" enabled then you won't get plugin or server update notifications? Because nullpointer updated his plugin but I didn't get a notification on the dashboard and had to manually update it.

You cannot disable automatic plugin updates. Probably just because you weren't patient. I would just be patient and your updates will come to you. 1
