Emby not detecting video encoder?

Hello,

 

I'm not entirely sure what's happening here so bare with me.

 

I'm running Emby 4.0.2.0 netcore. And Emby doesn't seem to be detecting any hardware encoders/decoders on my machine.

As you can see It cant seem to execute ffmpeg, ffmprobe, etc

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey I just got help with someone on this: If anyone else is having this issue, you need to add this to the Emby launch args:

-ffmpeg /usr/bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /usr/bin/ffprobe

Why are you using the plain netcore zip though instead of our dedicated install packages?

because I dont have root access on the machine im using emby on.
