Trev22 0 Posted March 17, 2019 Author Posted March 17, 2019 Hi, it doesn't show a status. It just shows the license key. When I select save it opens a box stating thankyou with the message my license key has been updated. It did show a status when I first entered it giving an expiry date.
Trev22 0 Posted March 17, 2019 Author Posted March 17, 2019 Sorted - I uninstalled, and re-installed the server which has resolved the problem. Restarting the server didn't help so a re-install seemed the obvious next step. Thanks.
denz 501 Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 The only thing that I could think off is that server to authenticate was down because you shouldn't have to reinstall the server. Glad it is working now for you.
