How to use the sync music

I just have a question about the sync & download function, I already synchronized and downloaded  the music to my phone, and I was wondering if there a way to used the downloaded music instead of streaming when I'm not connected to the WIFI so that I avoid using my data.

 

I use my phone to listen to music in the car, and I use all of my data doing it, that is why I'm asking

 

I don't know if emby does this on its own, if it does how does behave.

When I sync video it shows up under a section that says "downloaded". Which appears on the main screen when I have synced stuff to my phone. When I select those files they always play locally from my phone using no data.
