Line visible at the bottom of videos when using light theme

I've noticed on both the web player and my two android phones that when I use the light theme, a white line is visible at the bottom of videos that are playing during playback.

If you switch to a light theme, play a video, you should see the line also.

The line is visible during picture in picture playback also.

If you look closely when switching to a dark theme, you'll see that the line is still there, it's just black.

It appears that during playback, the video isn't filling all the pixels and leaving a line at the bottom which is filled by the color of the theme.

Anyone else see this when using a light theme?
