Menu doesn't work in live TV library

I figured it would be easier to show than tell. I've included a video of the issue.

 

When I navigate to the Live TV library, the menu at the top doesn't work. All of the menus work elsewhere.

 

I've also attached the TV version information.

HI there, have you setup live tv guide data?

Hi Luke!

 

Food Network was just there as an example. We just have an array of internal channels (student news, sports, etc.) that we'd like to feature, and they won't have any guide association. I was trying to arrow over to the channels section, but the navigation doesn't work up there for some reason.

Try using the web app home screen settings to set your live tv landing page to the channels tab.

 

Your Samsung app version won't honor the setting yet, but it will following the next app update. thanks.

Is there a way to set that for all users, since we won’t be using the programs tab?
